14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods (or from the start of the service/digital content, where applicable) to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalties, as provided for by Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
In order to be entitled to this right the items must be in good conditions, they should have only been observed, not used, and the parcel must be in the same condition it had at the time of delivery. Used items or open bottles or damaged parcels will not be accepted. The shipping cost will be charged to the client and the refund (products only, without shipping cost) will be made within 14 days since the delivery of returned items. If the items returned do not meet the requirements, the amount to be refunded will be calculated by our staff at our own discretion.
