You have 14 days from receipt of the goods (or from the start of the service/digital content, where applicable) to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalties, as provided for by Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Submitting it registers your declaration; you will receive confirmation by email on a durable medium.
Withdrawal is subject to legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We will verify your request before confirming acceptance; submitting the form does not by itself guarantee acceptance.
